Website Plan terms
1. What's included
A 5-page website (Home, About, Services, Gallery, Contact), mobile-friendly, with tap-to-call, a contact form and a map. Hosting, security certificate (https) and basic Google setup. A domain registered in your name. One small update per month (up to 30 minutes, for example photos, prices or opening hours). Unused updates do not roll over; larger changes are quoted separately.
2. Price and billing
USD 50 / GBP 39 / PHP 2,900 per month, charged in advance on the same date each month.
3. Minimum term
6 months from your launch date. After that, cancel any time by email; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid month. If you cancel within the first 6 months, the remaining months of the minimum term are still due.
4. Your domain
Your domain is registered in your name and is always yours. Renewal is included while your plan is active. If you cancel, you keep the domain and handle future renewals yourself.
5. Your website
The website design, code and hosting are provided as part of your subscription and stay live while your plan is active. Your content (text, photos and logo) is always yours: if you cancel, we send you a copy within 7 days. If you would like to own the website outright, choose our one-time package (USD 749).
6. Missed payments
If a payment fails, we will remind you by email. After 14 days the website goes offline until the account is brought up to date.
7. Your content
You provide or approve all content and confirm you have the right to use it. Your website goes live within 5 to 7 days of us receiving your content.
8. Price changes
We will give at least 30 days' notice of any price change.
